We’re looking for an experienced, values-led Manager to lead our Counselling, Casework, and Education & Training team. In this role, you’ll: ✔ Lead a multidisciplinary team providing clinical supervision & mentoring ✔ Manage a small caseload supporting vulnerable youth ✔ Help shape impactful programs across the Blue Mountains ✔ Work across Springwood, Katoomba & the wider community This is a senior role suited to someone with strong leadership experience, clinical supervision skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people. 💙 Join a supportive, purpose-driven organisation where you can have real impact. A great opportunity to utilise the recently upgraded music studio and explore the world of digital audio ! 🌟 FREE Outdoor Explore – January Adventures (Ages 🌟 FREE Outdoor Explore – January Adventures (Ages 12–17) 🌟 We’re kicking off 2026 with a bunch of summer-time favourites! Come join us for hiking out to wild swimming spots, canoeing & capsizing, and stretching your comfort zone in abseiling - these are all FREE and designed for young people aged 12–17. 🙌🌿💦 Over 17 years old? Please reach out we would love to hear from you and run adventures open to 18 to 25 years! 👇 January Program Dates: All programs run 10am to 4pm and leave from Katoomba Youth Centre Wed 7 – Wild Swimming & Hiking (location TBA) Thu 8 – Canoeing & Swimming (Wentworth Falls Lake) Wed 14 – Wild Swimming & Hiking (Location TBA) Thu 15 – Canoeing & Swimming (Lake Lyell) Wed 21 – Abseiling Thu 22 – Abseiling ⚠️ New to Outdoor Explore? We have a guest attending our usual Thursday drop- We have a guest attending our usual Thursday drop-in: Naomi Oliver. Naomi is a Blue Mountains-based artist and 2024 Lumen Prize finalist whose practice spans experimental digital video and animation, sound, and mixed-media art. ⭐ Glitch Art Collage Workshop - Create a collage design and watch it come to life on Springwood’s new parklet. ⭐ In this 2-hour workshop you’ll get to cut, rip, and remix old magazines, books and photos to create your own anything-goes, glitch-style collages. Led by glitch artist Naomi Oliver, you’ll learn how to turn ‘mistakes’ into art and make something totally unexpected and unique. No art skills needed, just your imagination and sense of fun! All materials will be provided but you’re welcome to bring your own old magazines, photos or paper ephemera to work with if you want. FREE!!
