If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, or just not yourself lately – you don’t have to go through it alone. We have free one-to-one counselling available for young people aged 12-24. You can chat with our amazing counsellors: Bek – she’s super supportive, very easy to talk to, and passionate about helping young people feel stronger and more confident in themselves. Flinn – he’s kind, understanding, and brings a lot of experience working with young people, especially around cultural connection and feeling safe in who you are.
