Joy Cusack is an experienced Board Chair and Non-Executive Director with more than 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit area, in particular social enterprise businesses. Her lengthy corporate career included Dow Corning (now Dow) as a global team member across a range
of business segments. Joy brings a wealth of experience including governance and strategy, crisis and change management, corporate communications, brand awareness, mergers and acquisitions, recruiting and mentoring directors together with performance management of
CEOs. Her recent community emphasis has been on social impact measurement. Joy joined the MYST Board to utilise her experience and skills in continuing her passion for helping young people, especially those with special needs, to be able to fulfill their dreams and be valued contributors to the wider community.
