for any of our programs or services please fill out the below Client Referral Form and submit to us at referrals@myst.com.au
and one of our staff will be in contact with you shortly to discuss the intake process and next steps.

MYST is not a crisis service If someone you know has attempted, or is at immediate risk of attempting to harm themselves or someone else, call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
